BookKaru: Urdu AI voice agent for bus bookings
A voice and chat agent that books bus tickets, handles refunds and turns away out-of-scope requests in Urdu and Roman Urdu. Fine-tuned Llama 3.2 and Qwen models on call-centre recordings, RAG with ChromaDB, LangGraph orchestration and Urdu text-to-speech.
